For over 10 years now, evidence is showing DOES NOT WORK. If pills worked, you think there would be any fat people? Get a food scale at wallymart instead for about $20

Agree, spend your money on a food scale instead!

I mixed this up with Ginkgo Bilboa which I like for non diet reasons. This tree fascinates as it is a living fossil.

I tried them, nothing changed.. I also believe I had some kind of reaction to them. I had small (super itchy) bumps all over my arms and chest after I started taking them and they went away after I stopped taking them. Threw the bottle right in the garbage!

There is no such thing as a magic weightloss pill or the world would be going crazy for them and they would be a *kitten* ton of money and no one would be fat anymore. There are however ones that can suppress your appetite causing you to lose weight if you eat less portions. But water does that too

Nope. There are no magic weight loss pills or food. Some might work in the short term, but they are usually very dangerous.

Fewer calories in than you use a day is the only thing that truly works.
