Hot chocolate

This happened tonight when I felt like hot chocolate. I loved it! I want to tweak it and use different chocolate source, this was just off the cuff with what was in the house.

  Does almond milk mix any better than hot water? I don't buy the 25 calorie stuff anymore. The dry mix just kind of "hangs" there. It looks like a science experiment.

  @crazyravr I like your version better, thanks! I want to pick up some dark chocolate. I find the almond milk does give it some taste also.
