Hi, I have used my fitness pal before and it worked but that was 4 years ago and no wayyyyy out of the swing of things. Just need some motivation and make some friends on here to help me out!:)

I've been back on it for a week and feel like logging on during the work day helps keep me accountable. I'm also doing intermittent fasting and feel like it's pretty easy... Good luck! Stay strong!1

I didn't know you had to count calories while intermittent fasting even though I am too! Ha! Do you like it? I just started yesterday. I eat breakfast and lunch then nothing after 2pm. I am surprisingly not hungry. I drink green tea when I get home from work.0
