Not enough information here to tell. It would depend on your activity level.

If you enter your information into MFP, it will spit you back a maintenance number to compare to the 1500 average daily calories you're currently consuming.

I'm American so the concept of a stone eludes me, but I do believe 1 stone = 14lbs, correct? So you are 134?

If so, at 5'10 I'm thinking you shouldn't really be concerned with your weight. But I'm also thinking 1500 is low to be your maintainance calories. What does MFP say when you put in that you want to maintain? I'd start out eating that level, log everything you eat and see if the scale stays the same over 1 month.

At goal I'll be 148lbs and I'm 5'11 (38 years old). My maintainance calories are around 1900 without exercise.

At 5'10" I would seriously doubt your maintenance calories are 1500...most women of average height can and would lose weight on 1500 if they were even a bit active.

Your BMR alone (what your body burns just to live) is just under 1500. You can eat some more. What does MFP say your maintenance calories are?

It's best to start your own thread...........but the answer is, it depends. If you have "just" 15 kgs to lose expect 1 pound a week (1/2 kg) initially, and more slowly as you get closer to goal.

For each pound you need a 3,500 calorie deficit. 33lbs x 3,500 = 115,500 deficit. 11500/60 days = 1,925 calorie deficit everyday. No way to do that in a healthy way. Healthy weight loss helps you lose (mostly) fat. Aggressive dieting isn't muscle sparing. You end up with a higher body fat % than you wanted.
