Slim fast

Anyone doing Slimfast. I just had a baby 6 weeks ago, slimfast has been approved by my doc for breastfeeding. So replacing lunch with slimfast shake. Rest I am trying to eat 3 100 cal snacks and a big dinner of mainly veggies and protein.

    I have done Slimfast in the past. Getting ready to start again tomorrow. Congrats on the new baby!
