Hello everyone0

What am doing is: Ive worked out how far I can walk comfortably in a week ( I work full time so time allowing) which is 10km. Then over the next 10 weeks I'm going increase it by 1km per week. Therefore in 10 weeks time I'm aiming to walk 20km a week. I'm tracking my walks with my MapMyWalk app. Everyone has different fitness levels, I think the main thing is to try and increase our fitness level over a 10 week period if you're safe and fit enough to do. I made up a 10 week wall chart for my fridge as a visual to give me encouragement. I complete my first weeks aim of 10km.1

Do I understand this correct? You walk approx 6 miles a week now & your 10 week goal is to be at 12 miles a week?
I also work full time & have to deal with the AZ heat. MapMyWalk is a great tool!

Sorry ..... This is a duplicate. Had issues!
Do I understand this correct? You walk approx 6 miles a week now. (3 mi 2x a week)
& your 10 week goal is to be at 12 miles (3 mi 4x a week).
I also work full time & have to deal with the AZ heat - still in the 100s. MapMyWalk is a great tool!
I haven't made any progress.0 -
Ok. My baseline for last week- 9-5 to 9-11 ( Tuesday to Monday) was 11.66 Miles or 18.8 km. Next week goal is 19.8 km0

Second week was a bust. Did not add 1km, but the third week i succeed in adding 1km. Starting week 4. Maybe I will try to add 3to make up for my off week.0
