Hey I figured I'd come on here and introduce myself I'm 34 years old 142 lbs trying to get to my goal weight of 120lbs -125lbs it's been pretty much a roller coaster for me I'll. Get really motivated for the first two days eat right, work out the whole 9 and by day 3 or 4 I'm back to my old ways eating chips for breakfast snacking all day and consuming nothing but fast food I guess not only do I want to lose weight I want to be healthy... well I need to be healthy if you're struggling as well and fed up please feel free to add me and we can motivate each other!
