    I did keto for about 8 months, I shrunk and gained muscle but didn't see the results I wanted to on the scale

    That's a great start. I didn't have a lot of success first time because I believed as long as it was low carb I could eat it, but the calories have to be controlled and protein intake should not be too excessive. I have a very long way to go

    The first time I did keto - I didn't have any sucess and actuall gained. but this time I restarted Keto last week I'm done 8lbs!!!! so exciting

    Keto has been the one really successful plan for me... in very high probability because I have a lot of fat. I've lost 75 pounds this year. Lots of veggies, some protein shakes, and meat and eggs. Varied enough to keep it interesting, constrained enough to make it easy to stick to. I purposely drop off every so often and have to lose the water weight again, but overall I've found it the easiest for me to be consistent with.

    I find it quite easy with foods. With all the Keto ready meals and snacks now, but every so often there is a plateau so have to change things up a bit
