Banana Roll???

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help. I'm a 21 year old female, with banana roll on left bum cheek. I am 54kg and 5'8". I do cardio 2 times a week and weight training (especially on legs - doing exercises that supposedly target the 'banana roll' such as weighted bridges etc...). I've been doing this for about a year increasing in weight and nothing is working. I eat fairly healthily too - the occasion 'cheat day' but on the whole - I don't drink fizzy drinks, or alcohol or even fruit juice - just water and tea. In terms of food - I eat a balanced diet (maybe a bit too much cheese!) so I'm really at a loss as to how to get rid of this roll. Is it anything that exercise and a healthy diet can even fix? I have done research on cosmetic surgery but it seems that plastic surgeons online say it is as risky - as operating on the area may make matters worse and the bum loses support.
Just asking because I would have hoped to see improvement by now but I'm beginning to think this is just something that I will always have.
Thanks for your help in advance.

It's like a double crease in your bum, not doing a very good job at describing but like this photo on the left here https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=banana+roll+fat&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjOxJful97VAhWSLVAKHRTADsEQ_AUICigB&biw=1418&bih=735#imgrc=hffzKkiyLdkStM:0

I would guess some kind of thigh or butt exercises would help, but I don't know 100%

If its only on one side i would have a quick chat with your doctor to see if its just a genetic quirk
You cannot spot reduce an area. Weight comes off where it wants to and from your stats i doubt you need to be losing weight

Thank you for your help, I'm beginning to think that's what it is so thanks for pointing me in the right direction0 -
Squats usually help, but for some ladies that's where they carry their fat naturally.
I thaought the big booty look was in.0 -
LOL @ "banana roll"! As already stated, you cannot spot reduce. Your body stores fat according to your own genetics and there is nothing you can to do change where that fat goes. The only thing you can do, is to reduce fat overall by consuming less calories than you burn. However, at 5'8", and 119 pounds, you are already underweight. I suspect you are somewhat obsessing over a very small area that others don't notice.4

Stop looking at your rear in the mirror. "Problem" solved

I have them too. They are one of the last places to go for me. I can get really lean and they are still there, and in the past more cutting was clearly not the answer.
What helped me was building a sufficient muscle base in the hammies and glutes through bulk/cut cycles. Since you are underweight, are you trying to gain weight/build muscle? That would be the first step. (However keep in mind that with that you will gain fat too and they may get worse before they get better)3
