If I'm going to be really exact, I weigh the marinade, marinade the chicken, weigh what's left over after I take the chicken out and divide the difference between the number of serves of chicken.1

There are a lot of healthy choices out there to marinate the chicken, I do in this way lately and I love it.
Salt - Pepper - Olive Oil (2 Tea Spoon) - Thyme - Lemon leave it for a couple of hours however no more than three because of the lemon. Cook and Enjoy.
