Does anybody have any tips with trying to weight?

    I have lots of them.
    1. Protein keeps you fuller longer. Fill up on lean protein first.
    2. If you get hungry at night, try to save a small amount of calories so you can have a snack later (like an apple or a piece of cheese).
    3. If you have a craving for something that doesn't fit in your calories for the day, promise yourself that you can have it in the morning. There's a good chance that the craving won't be as strong the next day. and if it is, and you give in, you can plan the rest of your days calories around the craving.
    4. Avoid empty calories that don't fill you up, like too much salad dressing, lots of creamer in your coffee, sauces, juice, soda, etc.
    5. Drink LOTS of water. If you don't like water, add lemon or a splash of diet juice.
