Not sore after working out for the first time...

I did 30 min workout on my arms (Sweat with Kayla app). First time working out in a very long time. For some odd reason I'm not sore, then again it's only been 5 hours since the workout ended. Does that mean I didn't push myself hard enough. I mean, I did all reps the correct way and even when I was doing it, I felt kinda tired. I was sweating like crazy as well haha! Opinions please?

No, it doesn't mean you didn't work hard enough. I never get DOMS... My husband gets no sympathy after leg day3

You'll probably feel it tomorrow
Sometimes I don't feel sore for 24 hours when doing something new, or after a long period of not not working out.

They call it DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) for a reason.1

Let us know how you feel tomorrow. There's usually a delay.0

30 minutes of arms? You probably won't be able to use them in a day or 2. Next time start with 1-2 sets and add a set each workout.
Oh and strength training isn't about sweating. That's cardio.0 -

What an odd goal for training but I supposed you achieved the goal.....

Pick a more effective workout? Your arms are connected to the rest of your body, sounds a horribly inefficient way to train.
PS - hope you aren't too sore tomorrow but at least you will be able to train your legs.

As the others have mentioned, 5 hours is way too soon to experience DOMS.
Tomorrow you may have trouble dressing yourself.0 -
Okay, so I am feeling a lot of pain (in a good way). I guess I jumped the gun on that one way too fast lol. Thanks guys!3
