Getting back on track

I am about a month into things, and this is when I have previously drifted off. I feel like this is going to happen again. I was sick for a couple of days, and so didn't work out and turned to comfort food like chocolate and ice cream. I didn't exactly binge, but was way over my total. As a result, I've maintained this week instead of losing. I know that is not the end of the world, but I know myself enough to know that the "honeymoon" period is wearing off and I am worried about sliding further. Please help me stay on track!

Anytime you can maintain but not gain is a "win"! Don't beat yourself up over it. Just move on in the right direction, you know what to do. Best wishes1

I am determined this is the time to Loose It! Picture yourself at your goal weight, and hold on to that image. It will happen.1
