Hello everyone,
I had my son two years ago and I had a csection. I went from 100 pounds to 180. After I had him I dropped to 134. I need to lose at least 15 pounds to join the military. However I am 4'8. I have cut off fast food, bread, juice, pop and candy. I work out at least 3 times a week; I eat fruit and vegetables, fish and chicken and everything is baked and I also drink lost of water. Any suggestions on why I am not seeing any improvements ? Anything will be appreciated I am trying to lose 15 pounds as soon as possible

Are you counting calories? You don't have to cut anything out, just create a calorie deficit.3

Read the posts in these forums. You will learn a LOT. That will be your best friend.3

are you working with your pcp at all around your health goals? he/she might have some additional alternatives that you haven't thought of yet. I second the suggestion to track everything that you do, as well as measure/weigh out portions. when I started doing that, I realized that I was serving myself larger portions (especially my dinner proteins) than I thought.1

15 pounds is not going to be quick weight loss. 1/2 pound here, 1 pound there.....that's easily masked by water weight fluctuations - time of month, higher sodium, sore muscles, etc.
It's not about eating healthier for weight loss, it's about eating fewer calories. Put your stats in My Fitness Pal, measure and log everything. A food scale will be most accurate for solids. Then be patient.2
