I'm going to try this RIGHT NOW!!0

How big is the serving? Is the calorie count per serving?0
-
Isn't it less calories to just have regular ice cream?0

The recipe is a single, rather large serving
You could easily cut it into two servings and halve the calories.
Not sure how many calories are in regular ice cream, but this is low carb to boot.
And the only sugar would be from whatever kind of peanut butter you use.0 -

I took your idea and tweaked it a little bit, I put 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1/2 container of plain Greek yogurt and added raspberries and 1 splenda packet and threw it in the freezer. I am going to see how this turns out. Hopefully yummy and low cal!0 -

DELICIOUS!!! although I made a few adjustments because I didn't have the pudding and didn't want to go to the store!
I did...
1/3 cup fat free yogurt, plain
2 tbsp peanut butter, creamy
2 splenda packets
1/2 cup skim milk
ICE
= 295 calories with 16 g of protein.
Thanks for the awesome recipe!!0
