I'm just over 90 days into this... and its working great. 29lbs down... and my pants are literally falling off. They were tight when I bought them... 46 waist... so embarrassing. But I went today into spider hell... and dug out a box of clothes from 10 years ago, the size 40 pants in there actually fit ! Tight as heck... but I got them on... another month and I'll be able to wear them comfortably.

I still don't see it in the mirror, maybe another 20 lbs before its visually noticeable I guess.

    I hope u took before pics. Cause when the mirror fails (and it AWAYS does) I turn to my before and current photos. Great job on the lose. Keep up the hard work!
