Is anyone currently on 24 day challenge of Advocare? Im on Day 12. Wanted to know how others are doing on it???

    So after googling its an expensive vlcd with a bunch of vitamin pills and "cleanse" pills?

    Nope just nope

    Im not paying for someone elses holiday when i can stick to my calorie goal on mfp and take a standard multivitamin

    It's a waste of your time and your money. I know many people who have gone on them and they gain the weight right back once it's over. They are excited about the results but miserable because of the process. Save your money and simply work with this app for free!
