So I'm between 5'3.5 - 5'4. I weigh about 118 pounds. Now I have a very small frame so this is quite a high weight for me. I gained approx. 10 pounds the past few months... I am 19 an I'd like to lose between 7-10 lbs. Opinions? What is the best way to do this? Advice anyone?
Any thoughts are appreciated . Thanks!

I found a chart for weight ranges. Here is the link if you want to look at the entire chart. You aren't really over weight, but if you want to tone up you should start weight training. Either yoga or weights is what I would suggest. At 19 you still have potential for growth, and for your frame to fill out a bit more. I would not suggest eating at a deficit to lose weight, just focus on exercise and eating healthier.
The figures fall accordingly Normal Overweight Obese
