1500 calorie diet buddies

Hi! I'm looking to lose 30lbs from 200lbs-170. I'm looking for friends with same weight and calories level with open diaries to get ideas.

    I'm in the same boat as you, 200lbs trying to get to 170. I'll open my diary, MFP suggests 1500 calories a day for me and I do not have it adjust my goal after my workouts.

    Girl we are on the same boat!!! I'm at a 1500 calorie goal as well. trying to get to 170 from 206. Used to be at 287.

    While I don't weigh the same as you I do maintain ~1500 calories a day. My diary is open and feel free to add for ideas.

    I'm doing the same. I am on my second goal to lose 30lbs to get to 170. Calories are the same as well. My diary is open, I just never hit the "complete diary button"

    I have lost 24 pounds and currently weigh 195. Feel free to add me. I am new to MyFitnessPal - how do you open your diary? Also, I am on a low fat (30% fat or less) diet with 1500 daily calories if I exercise/walk for one hour per day. What diet plan are you using?

    I'm doing 1550 for the long haul. I cook most nights and it's often different. My diary is open. If you see a recipe name or a list of ingredients and want more info just give me a holler.

    You can add me if you like. Around 1500-1600 a day and also low fat (not for everyone but working for me).. My diary is open to friends.

    I'm trying for 1,500 also. It has worked very well in the past. I gained a lot back and it seems tougher now particularly in evenings when I'm tired. But I'm hanging in. 1,500 is about 100 cals per hour and I think it's not too little either so my metabolism is maintained.

    How do I see someone's diary.. if I click on name it says user is private
