I'm in. I have 50 pounds to go as well. Frustrated with myself that I keep doing this over and over, but here I am ready to begin again. I'm in my 40s and have got to quit this rollercoaster. It is getting harder and harder to come back. I definitely could use the support and encouragement to keep on taking care of my health. Feel free to add me. We'll support each other :-)1

me too, I am trying to lose 50 lbs... to start. 50 lbs would get me to place where I was happier with my body (in retrospect) Honestly, I`ve looked a pictures of me 50 lbs ago and I thought I was overweight then! And now its my first long term goal weight. Its funny how hard we can be on ourselves sometimes, isn`t it?
I've already requested to add you as a friend. Im looking to have and give as much motivation, encouragement, and perspective as I can and the more the merrier. Add me so we can lose it together!2 -

I looked at a pic when I was 16, 100lbs!! I haven't doubled that age but did double my weight haha0 -
I need to lose 50 lbs.Have young adult Special Needs daughter that I need to stay healthy to take care of her. Husband had heart attack in July 2017. Daughter has Heath issues too.Need to set the example. Any advise from others would be helpful.0

I started out at 224lbs with a 98lb weight loss target and I've now got 41lbs to go till goal weight of 126lbs. Looking for friends now as I've been doing it on and off. Sabotaging myself for so long and destroying my progress. However this time I know it's for real so please add me people xx1

I have 50 pounds to lose also! Would love to join. My plan is to log my food and exercise daily and stick within my calorie goal of 1350. I will eat some of my extra exercise points.. I wear a fitbit one and recently was given a gift of a samsung gear 2 smart watch, still trying to figure the watch out. I wrote a long blog post for the first time and when I went to submit it it totally disappeared maybe paper is better.1

I'm looking to lose about 55-60 lbs. Down 30 lbs already. My biggest advice is that most of it is diet. I can work out all day long but if I eat like crap the scale goes nowhere.1
