Hey I just bent over and tied my own tennis shoes without discomfort or contortion! What can you do that you couldn't do before?

Run a mile without walking. Even in gym as a kid I would walk some. Now I'm running almost 10k!

oh my goodness..where to start?!! Tie my own shoes, button my pants without jumping and holding my breath...crossing my legs..putting on socks with ease...clipping my toenails with ease...get on the floor and play with my babies..run after my babies..run in general..do jumping jacks..

    ok that's enough...but there's so much more!

Walk up a clock tower (5 stories) at one of our local parks without feeling like I'm going to die or needing to take a break. I actually walked up &down it 3 times today!!

I am happy to do stuff all day.
Before it was do a task and immediately find a seat. My house is cleaner, and my kids are played with more because of it.

I can now do push-ups without using my knees. Finally! But I can only do 3 at a time. When I did the modified pushups I could do 10. But the more I practice, I know I'll be able to do more than just three.

There are so many I could list but today was one of the best of them all - I ran for 20 minutes straight without walking. Definitely couldn't do that before.

Keep the hula hoop going for 15 minutes straight...then I just quit. I think I'll aim for 20 minutes next!

Work myself out of a depression by exercising.

    Enjoy drinking water.

I climbed up a commercial swing set pole! The really big metal kind that are quite tall. I did it twice! I'd taken a walk with my teen daughter and some of her friends when one of them climbed part way up the pole. On a whim I decided to see how high I could get. I went all the way up and then I did it again! Even impressed the teens! I had no idea I could do that!

There are a lot of fitness related things I can do now, but the seemingly insignificant (to those who have not been severely overweight) accomplishments are the ones I get excited over.

I can sit on the floor comfortably and get up with ease.

I can climb on a chair to clean or retrieve things off a high shelf without feeling terrified.

I can put my shoes on (or take them off) without feeling like I am going to suffocate.

Congratulations everyone on your marvelous achievements!

I can now cross my legs and feel comfortable doing it!

    Tie my shoes without discomfort!

    Keep up with my kids!

Exercise and NOT feel like I am going to die!

Wear cuter smaller clothes! All my bigger ones are falling off including my nightgowns!

Feel good about myself for a change!

I can run up the stairs at work without getting out of breath.

I'm doing P90X! When I started exercising 7.5 months ago, a 20 minute light cardio workout left me unable to move for the rest of the night. But now I'm doing P90X!
