Looking for tips on how to gain weight the healthy way

I am new to FitnessPal and I am trying to gain weight. I am 5'2'm and weigh 85lbs. I have suffered from anorexia since I was 12 but I have relapses sometimes. I am currently coming out of one. So I would like to gain a little weight at a time through proper nutrition and building muscle mass not binge eating crappy food and starting the cycle over again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome, well balance food and home cooking can help. Stay away as much as you can from fast food. Protein shakes and exercise with weight lifting help me put on size when I could not gain. Also get you a support group of ppl to help stay on track and to have in needs to talk about bumps in the road.
