Will a daily walk help

Hi, I have just started my weight loss. I am doing a 30 minute walk every day (I did no exercise before). Is this going to help. I have arthritis in both knees so cannot do any high impact stuff.

Yes it will help! Keep track of what you eat and I have no doubt you'll see a difference1

I'm going to join you and walk everyday too. I have a treadmill that has served me well over the years as a clothing rack but I think it is time to dust it off. I injured my back 2 years ago and have gained 30 pounds since. Slow and steady is how I need to start.
We can do this. My Dr is aware and has advised ice after exercise. That might help with your knees too.3 -
Walking is the BEST exercise!3

Walking is great but you have to monitor your calorie intake daily also2
