Will a daily walk help

Options
Hi, I have just started my weight loss. I am doing a 30 minute walk every day (I did no exercise before). Is this going to help. I have arthritis in both knees so cannot do any high impact stuff.

Yes it will help! Keep track of what you eat and I have no doubt you'll see a difference :)

If you check all the labels and weigh your food there is no doubt you will do it!

I'm going to join you and walk everyday too. I have a treadmill that has served me well over the years as a clothing rack but I think it is time to dust it off. I injured my back 2 years ago and have gained 30 pounds since. Slow and steady is how I need to start.
We can do this. My Dr is aware and has advised ice after exercise. That might help with your knees too.

Walking is great but you have to monitor your calorie intake daily also
