Introduce Myself

24 year old mother, just joining the program. I've been on and off diets all my life. After my pregnancy I was at my heaviest 260. I started walking and counting my calories and lost 30. I even did youtube videos before I started school and then I stopped. I havent gained any of the weight back but I'm still 70 pounds away from my goal weight. I need as much help as possible!

Before I downloaded this app I went on a JUICE FAST for 4 days and I went down from 232 to 220 but after I stopped I've been gaining them back little by little, now at 228. It seems the calorie counting has gotten waaay harder for me . I can't seem to resist eating less than 2300 cals a day without losing my mind!

Would love to know I'm not alone out here :)

    One day at a time.. You can do this, your not alone here. I am happy that you lose 30 pounds. Do not forget the small stuff in your weight lose goals.
