This sounds exactly like me! Will aim to not eat after 7pm. Hope i can do it, any encouragement welcome

I struggle with this too! I find that drinking something warm, like a decaf with a bit of milk, helps me in getting rid of the fake hunger. Or I just leave a part of my daily calories for my late nights, in case I can't make it.0
