Hi people i got a mini challenge group with wonderful people , the way it work is i post a mini challenge to complete 3-4 days a week.
I post them on my daily message and blog its a great way to stay motivated and you know what? youll never be like , hum what should i do today!!!
We have very motivated people here some have left , most stayed , im waiting for your friend request!!

I'm in....I've been a little lax since I hit my goal weight. I am doing well with the food side of the equation, but I haven't exercised... even my 15 min walks in over a month. I need someone to kick my *kitten* into shape! I may have reached my goal weight, but my body fat is still 13% higher than where I want it. HELP!0
