eat more protien, studies have shown that protien can delay hunger. personally i always eat a breakfast rich in fiber such as grape nuts along with a protien shake and I have no problems. keep at your goals!

Are you burning a lot of calories every day? maybe your body just needs more calories! If you are limiting yourself, try changing your goal settings on here. I had to do that. I had it on more than a pound a week and realized that just wasn't healthy because I wasn't eating enough
    .
Even though this has helped a lot, I'm STILL having the same problem and it often leads me to make wrong choices. I'm going to try taking in more protein like the person about said.

I'm also going to try taking in MORE lower calorie foods (like vegetables) instead of less of high calorie foods (like peanut butter - i just love it soo much)

Hopefully more people will have suggestions because these are just things I'm hoping will work for me,

I also tried increasing my water intake...it helps suppress my hunger a little bit, but for the most part it just delays it. and then I just pee a lot. I still shoot for over 10 cups a day though.

I also vote for more protein and fiber, especially for breakfast. I love my eggs.
For me 3 bigger meals works better than more smaller ones. If I do not allow myself to satisfy my hunger at meals, I am suffering all day, regardless of the many frequent meals. So I eat 3 meals and cut out the snacks.
If i exercise and get higher calorie budget, then I allow myself snacks.
