bulk or cut for abs

i'm 5'3 110 lbs, i'm skinny but i still have body fat and a shadowy 2 pack. should i bulk or cut to get abs?

    You have abs. You lack muscular definition. Personally, I'd work on resistance training and a small surplus to increase your lean muscle if you're skinny.

    If you are looking for abs then you want to cut. Bulking by definition would not be very beneficial to your abs. But as the other poster said, I would focus on building muscle at your weight.

    i am currently having 111g of protein, 222g of carbohydrates, and 30 g of fat. is that what i should be eating to gain muscle but lose body fat %?

    30 grams of fat is pretty low. Up your calories to at least maintenance and up your fat percentage. If you go for a bulk, you're going to gain fat along with muscle (provided you're doing a progressive lifting program, otherwise there won't be much muscle gain at all).
