I didn't realize how much sugar was on my coconut water. I have been sabotaging my own diet.

I always make sure there is no sugar added to mine. I don't think it is that bad, but I definitely log it.0

Coconut water is not bad though.
Sure it has calories but it also doesn't cause insulin spikes. Much better than soda.
Whether it's the natural sugar or whatever, I don't know.
One thing I do know, it probably the best for a workout6 -

I think it varies a lot by brand, and obviously a flavored one could have a lot of added sugar.
Looks like most of the calories in the unflavored ones are from sugar (one example I see has 60 cal, 12 g sugar, 15 g carbs) and if you haven't been bothering to log that and drink a lot of it, those calories could add up.
That it has sugar won't sabotage you, but uncounted calories could.3 -
