    Following a plant based diet for ~2 mo now (wife has been for 2 yrs). Looking forward to sharing and learning.

    I love it! I'm vegan for 5 weeks I've lost 16 lbs several inches and I feel amazing. No meat no dairy and no added processed sugars. :)

    I just made a pretty awesome chili?
    - Two bags of Morningstar Farms meatless crumbles
    - One onion
    - One cup diced tomatoes
    - Three cups corn
    - One cup diced bell peppers
    - Season to taste (For me, it's salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. If I have it, I'll also add onion and garlic powder.)

    I just let it all heat together, then served with baked potatoes once it was hot.
