Fitness for health

Day 1 - AGAIN. The aim is to be a fit senior. So tired of all this angst and worrying about what I do and don't eat, how my clothes fit, what choices I have with clothes even. When I go on tours in other countries, there are always a few fat ladies struggling to keep up. I don't want to be one of those ladies anymore. Enough of this, just knuckle down and get fit and healthy.

    It's a wonderful feeling once you get to the point of looking at fitness as a way of life instead of obsessing over the calories/exercise/appearance/way clothes fit.
