Water spinach??

My partner bought this today at the farmers market. The woman said it's mild like spinach, but isnt spinach. Any ideas what this is? Is this water spinach?

It looks like an Asian vegetable I used to eat it all the time when I lived in Thailand. Tastes great with Asian flavours.0

It is water spinach. I use this recipe, but you may not have access to fermented tofu or shaoxing wine. However just sautéed with a little oil, water, ginger and garlic it would probably be good.

I'm almost positive I have those available at some of the markets on the other side of town! I'll have to try this. Thank you!

You can also find them in Asian grocery stores. Neither item is very expensive. Watch out though - the fermented tofu is super salty. I use only one cube (not two). It probably depends on the brand too.1
