I'm Kitty! I am a 26 y/o full time graduate student, who also works full time, while single parenting it up (mother of one). After I had my little one almost a year ago I gained a significant amount of weight (and when I say significant I mean like 45 lbs...maybe even 50lbs). I always thought that I was over weight before I had my son, but now that I actually am, I became really, REALLY depressed.

But today I wake up yearning change. I figured I'd develop a sustainable and realistic plan for my weight loss while maintaining my busy lifestyle.

One of my issues is motivation and the other is dedication. So I figured I'd join the community and get some support
