Anything on the Dash Berlin New Daylight album. I like that because each song has a little bit slower parts and a lot faster parts, so I do intervals and sprints with cool downs. It makes it more fun to time my steps to the beat.0

Florence and the Machine is a great band to run to. Dog Days are Over (the one mentioned above), Howl, Drumming Song, and Heavy in Your Arms.

I have just rediscovered how much I love this song, I saw him in 2007 or 2008 and I basically had that song on repeat for about 6 months after.0 -
