    You don't need that. All you need is this place and a $20 food scale from wallmart.
    I am focusing on healthy eating. Not dieting. It's a slower go, but I'm learning a lot about nutrition. Please do not fall for their "detox".

    Started the MyFitnessPal plan about 3 weeks ago and I am doing pretty good. Hope that you succeed and if you ever need a cheer up let me know and I will give you a holler to get you back on track. This is my first time on the discussion section and hope that it won't be the last.

    Don't diet. They don't work. Just use a food scale (seriously, the best $20 investment for long term health ever!!!), and learn what and how much you are truly eating. Make simple changes that are sustainable long term, basically small changes will become habits. Habits become a lifestyle. Stay calorie deficient and you will lose weight, staying calorie deficient with healthier food choices with help you lose weight and make you healthier.

    You can do this. All you have to do is keep working at it one day at a time
