Your favorite preworkout

Not sure if I'm delusional or my current preworkout just isn't doing anything anymore so I'm looking for suggestions because without it I'm

    Old Jack or mesomorph will melt your face off if you're used to mainstream stuff like C4

    Coffee and candy. Not willing to take a chance even with a third party tested preworkout. Or any supplement for that matter.

    I take the Kaged muscle stack. Pre-kaged, In-Kaged, and Re-kaged are pretty good but the re-kaged is a bit sweet for me but still ok. It has 274mg of caffeine and a bunch of other supplements. Not really a sure how much they are helping but I do feel like I recover bit better and more of a pump on upper body day. I don't do high reps normally so the pump is a bit different. Oh and it's 3rd party tested if that is a concern but different sports/feds have different rules on what is "legal".

    Supplements might be a bit of a sugar pill honestly. The only thing that I can point to and say this helps me for sure is the caffeine and a cup of coffee can take care of that. Still I'll take the sugar pill if I feel it helps me recover.
