Starting to workout out again so feel free to add me
I stopped working out for a year because of a groin injury then just couldn't find the motivation to get back into it. Well have my mojo back now so feel free to add me and we can encourage each other
After seeing what I thought was a typo, twice now, I have to ask, how did you hurt your groin?0 -

target was much higher than what i was use to but i was in the moment so threw the kick without thinking >.<
