shaking my head (I do a lot of this in a day) and rolling my eyes is second.. Perhaps these two movements in some sort super set would would be a beneficial calorie burn.1

Sleeping. I mean, more than it does (which isn't much).
I also second whoever mentioned "donuts". I wish eating donuts or cheesecake burned calories. Then I'd be set for life!0 -
