I'm looking for a deodorant that lasts the ENTIRE workout. Preferably women's, but if it's unscented I guess men's could work.

I second Secret Clinical. I love Dove dry spray, but it does NOT work for me in the summer (I live in FL,) or during a work out.

Tom's of Maine antiperspirant is what I use... it still has aluminum unfortunately but it doesn't have as many toxic chemicals as the other stuff. I tried the stuff without aluminum before but I sweat way too much so I need the antiperspirant stuff :(

But yeah, no smell even after 24 hours, and I don't sweat at all (heck if I take a shower within 12 hours, I actually have a hard time washing my armpits because the water doesn't stick!).

Secret Clinical (probably any of them that are labeled Clinical actually)

    Another vote for Secret Clinical

I love Native, and it works for me for lifting. They do have an unscented one.

Mitchum. Secret was really rough on my skin.

I use Schmidt's natural for daily use but when I'm doing serious hiking or running, Schmidt's will not cut it...so I use Mitchum gel. It works so well. Almay gel is great also.

I just started using Native. I had my doubts because some of the "natural" deodorants aren't always effective but this stuff is good!!

I use Kiss My Face Active Life Sport Deodorant. It is sold at Whole Foods or online via Amazon for the best price.
It is Aluminum Free, which means it is not toxic. Also, NO MORE WHITE MARKS!
I find that it lasts all day. :)

I've tried this one and I think that maybe my body is strange because I'll use one for months and everything will be great and then suddenly it doesn't seem to work on me anymore.

But I have had the best luck with the "clinical" ones.

I second your findings. Used Secret for years then boom; doesn't work any more.

I read about Native; thought I might give it a try.

I third those findings. I find I have to change brands every other purchase or so, because by the third stick, it won't work as well.

    My favorite is Dove, though.

Is it an antiperspirant AND deodorant? Or just a deodorant?

Your "no more white marks" claim is intriguing. I've tried all of the ones that say that, and none have yet to live up to the claim. I need LBD-friendly deodorant, but I also need antiperspirant.

Ban Sweet simplicity! I tried a lot of deoderants and this one worked the best. It's got a cheap price point too!

The "dry solid" type antiperspirants are pretty budge-proof. (somewhat to a fault, since they don't wash off completely and can gum up your razor). The gel ones don't last nearly as long for me.

For deodorant only, The Arm & Hammer ones are pretty good, but nowhere near as lasting as the 'dry solid' antiperspirants.

If it's just deodorant you need (not antiperspirant)...I have a little trick for you.

I'm a very heavy sweater, so I'll sweat off deodorant in about 10 minutes. Antiperspirant usually leaves white marks on my clothes.

I take a damp cloth, put straight tea tree oil on and scrub my pits before the gym. The scent is pretty strong, but calms down by the time I get to the gym. No stink for most of the day...

Degree works well for me, but admittedly, I am not a heavy sweater.

Mitchum Men Invisible Roll-On Anti-Perspirant & Deodorant Unscented

says effective for 48 hours and actually is. No white marks, no BO, no sweat.

I finally found one I really like- Degree "MotionSense" and the "ultra-clear" version really doesn't leave white or yellow stains on my black/white clothing (or at least not nearly as much as others I've tried). For me personally, I Secret and Dove didn't work well, and Mitchum gave me an allergic reaction.

Coconut oil mixed with baking soda is incredibly effective BUT it did make my skin dry and brownish, which you then had to clean with vinegar. My husband thinks it's worth it but prefer the convenience of Degree.

Degree makes a spray with 'motion sense' that lasts a long time, I spray it once in the morning and find it lasts all day (even through my 6 hour dance sessions).

I use an antiperspirant. I also use witch hazel and coconut oil to reduce bacterial odor.

I also bring an extra shirt since I know I'll sweat through the first.

I am okay with the regular secret, but the clinical irritates my skin. I use regular secret most of the time, but rotate Mitchum in sometimes as well. Sometimes the regular secret isn't strong enough.

I got some degree to try.

Dove's 48 hour last me my entire workout, it does not however last 48 hours, I will shower it off well before testing the "48 hour" claim.

+1 Mitchum gel. It doesn't trash my clothes, either.

If you are getting white marks on your clothes, rub them with pantyhose. I really don't understand why this works, but it takes the white marks right off. I keep a ruined (with runs) pair of pantyhose in the bathroom for this express purpose. (It also works pretty well if I get sunscreen on my clothes.)

For deodorant, I can only use Dove GoFresh (or whatever they are calling it now; the packaging was different last time I bought it at Target). Everything else gives me rash. Secret Clinical is the worst for rashes (for me) and natural deodorants with baking soda and essential oils are nearly as bad (plus they don't work well). But I have really sensitive underarm skin.
