    Hey,

I do lots of keto meals and I get my ideas from r/keto, do a google search.
I buy a large bag of broccoli,
a bag of Tyson chicken breast strips,
Rao's marinara pricey but soo good,
    Alfredo sauce and
    Gorton's Shrimp scampi.
I use a cup of frozen broccoli, 4 or 5 chicken breast strips and 6 of the shrimp. Add 1/4 of Raos or Alfredo or use both combined together. Add the shrimp last. I cut the broccoli into smaller pieces using scissors after it's cooked. If you want to add bacon strips you can. Keto allows bacon (fat) and if I can have bacon, I am all for it. I hope this helps. Enjoy!! I do variations of the above but I do not mind eating the same or similar foods often.

And if you decide to go low carb, google Carb Free* KETO Friendly Pizza! - YouTube it is really good and you ditch the crust for more flavor. I apologize in advance if you aren't interested in low carb, as well.

If you want to try cauliflower, I recommend googling, "Foodspin How To Make Mashed Cauliflower, Because It BLEEP BLEEP Tastes Great". Basically cauliflower mixed with cream cheese, baked and topped with real Parmesan cheese. I hope this helps. :))

Most of my lunches are leftovers from the previous evening...
