I love Chicken Kebabs (Lumps of Chicken breast, grilled, in a pita bread with sald and maybe water based chilli sauce) from my local take out but I'm having real trouble finding a consensus on how many calories there are in one.

I've seen numbers from 180kcals up to 2000kcals!!!! Thats a massive massive variation.

I go for the medium size, which is 2 skewers of chicken. I don't know how anyone can manage a large as I struggle to finish the medium, and thats from someone that can eat a large Dominos pizza to myself (But haven't done so since eating healthily over the past 2 years).

I know people say that are quite healthy, but its so big and so filling and tasty that it surely can't be particularly low in calories.

I tend to put them into my daily log as about 600kcals. Is that reasonable?

Thanks
Ben
