This week has been epic. Just fantastic.
Not only have I hit my mini goal - I have exceeded it! 20.1kg lost!
AND - its puts me with less than 10kg till my goal weight! I'm under 70kg (just) for the first time in gosh...5 years? if not longer!
I got to go shopping, and get my nails done as a reward and bought a size SMALL top. I havnt worn a small since highschool!
Have had so many compliments, and getting some confidence back finally. Wahoo!
