Hi Guys,

Tomorrow I'll be starting the 200 Squats Program!

This is a 6-week challenge which is aimed at training the body to be able to do 200 Squats in a row.
The program can be found at http://www.twohundredsquats.com/

My initial Squat count was 30.

If you want to join me in doing this challenge feel free to follow along

I'm also kicking off a number of other challenges in parallel to this, they can be found below:

...my initial squat count was over 200...haha whoops? I'm pretty sure my form was solid, I was by a mirror. My chest was straight, my knees didn't roll forward, just went back, until I was parallel, and back up, with hands crossed over my chest.

I feel like my form must have been off, considering my rankings for all the other similar programmes I am doing, but I do not know how so, any advice would be appreciated.

Maybe because of my arm injury my lower body has simply compensated by being stronger, or maybe 30DS has allowed this, who knows.

Good luck with your challenge though, I will join you if I figure out my form was wrong, otherwise I will join you with the other challenges :)

Dude that's crazy! I have a friend who is similar to you in that he can basically squat for ever! If you're worried about your technique you could always check out the program link, they have a section on proper technique. In saying that I could never do *kitten* to grass squats due to being quite inflexible in my thighs but am trying to get there!

I'd like to join, if it's not too late. I'm excited to push myself to see how many squats I can do.

Yesterday was leg day: progressive lifting. Total #'s:
Full squats: 105 maxed at 90lbs
Hack squats: 105 maxed at 105lbs
Leg presses: 105 maxed at 210lbs
    Belgium split lunges: 50 w/ 15lb dumbbells
Plus more, that was the quad work....Oh holy hell! My legs are ON FIRE today!!!!

Best of luck, and you're going to find out how quick you can build squat #'s. Just make sure to stretch and massage the muscle to help ease DOMS.
