iphone apps

Apart from MFP ..do you have any other iphone apps that you really like that help with either your workouts or nutrition.
I have Jillian Michaels Slim down which I like for its circuit training excercises and also the daily tip! I also have the 8 minute Abs which are pretty good excercises for the abs.

What are your fav ones?

    Nike+ for walking/jogging/running

    I love JogLog for walking and cycling (also does running and swimming). Tracks time, distance, speed, etc. Also integrates with dailymile, twitter, facebook, and runkeeper.

    I have iMapMyRUN - which is good for walking/runing, I have iFitness for circuit training and exercises- and before I came to MFP, I actually tried something called "Lose It!" Which sends reminders on my phone and shares my goals. I hear it's great, but can't really offer a recommendation because I rarely used it.

    I like the Nike+GPS and RunKeeper.....I got the Nike+ when it was free though. I use it more than RunKeeper. I use it when I'm walking somewhere for work or walking at the mall for exercise.

    I use iPTrainer to log strength training. I am also using the C25K app.
