Aaaagh.
Decided to ditch the scales and forget about weighing during holidays. Not a good idea for me.
I'm going back to school a stone heavier!

I think if I write this down I'll be accountable. It took 6 wks to gain so my goal is to lose it in 6 wks!

Anyone with me pleeeeasssse!

    How old are you OP?

And what is your height and weight?

MFP calorie goals are set up for over 18s it might not be suitable for you.

Ha ha. I wish. I'm definitely over 18!

How did that happen? Apart from wine, cheese....

I presumed (Wrongly ) that you meant you were a pupil returning to school not a teacher :D

To lose 14lbs in 6 weeks is going to be very tough at your weight and size. 1lb a week is much more likely.

I'll join you in your goal, I've got 5lb holiday podge still to shift but I like to lose at 0.5lb a week rate so that I still get to live a little on weekends ;)

its doubtful that it is 12lbs of fat that you have gained.

set MFP to lose 0.5lb per week, it'll soon come off.

Thanks guys. Trying to fit back into work clothes. Not pretty I think my wardrobe will be limited in the first few weeks!
