31.0. And I'm not sure what it's supposed to represent healthwise other than progress. Ten months ago, it was 45.31

20.5 - slap bang in the middle of the healthy weight range for my height. That being said, I'm feeling a bit too thin and think I look better a kilo or so heavier. I'd hate to think what I'd look like at the low end of the heathy range. Perhaps if I were 20 years younger...8

20.3 and yes1

Middle of my normal range, and it represents a healthy weight for me.

37.0 (obese) according to Google..yes, I have excess fat which has led to being told I'm prediabetic a while ago. And I attribute my ankles and back hurting a while ago to my fat. I think it accurately reflects my health.3
-
My BMI hasn't really changed much in the past 2-3 years, but i feel like my health and fitness have improved, so no.5
-
Mine's 20 and I feel like it does.0

19
Yeah, I guess so. I'm skinny for most guys my age.0 -
22
Slightly above mid-range for my height, despite the fact I'm smaller than average.
I think it represents that I lift, and am a bit more muscular than the "model" person that the BMI calculation is based on.1 -
26.3; overweight. I still have some flab left after weight loss, but I've also added inches to chest and legs. No, I don't know think the number tells me anything.0
-
25 on the nose and I totally agree that it's an accurate picture as I'm rather overweight still.0
-
25.1-25.5 depending on my normal fluctuations
An no, not in the least bit am I overweight.0 -
19.9 currently. And yes the lower my bmi the lower my glucose number, so it does reflect my health, to some extent. I also have a total cholesterol number in the 160s, triglycerides in the 60s, normal blood pressure etc. And then last fasting test put my (former prediabetic) glucose number in the 80s.2

37.5 doesn't reflect my health but it does show progress as I was 41.8 4 months ago11
-
19.3, seems alright1
-
21.8. I feel it's an accurate depiction of my health. Aiming for 21.0
-
27.4 (down from 56) and no it really doesn't reflect my health/fitness level. I'm officially still overweight, but I take up to 10 high intensity classes a week, plus PT sessions plus heavy lifting plus I run up to a half marathon. My average resting heart rate is 40, my max is 183, my blood pressure is 110/60, I'm far healthier and fitter than my BMI would suggest.19

23 which is towards the higher end of normal for me. I'm working on losing a few pounds yet which would cause a slight decrease, but I don't really pay attention to BMI.0
-
My BMI is 24 - just 1 pt (or 5.5#) below "overweight" despite having only 8.9%BF, based on hydrostatic testing, at 5'8" & 158# and physical measurements of 42C/33W/37H.
Still the BMI is currently in the "normal" range and I have never looked or felt healthier in my life.1 -
26. Side note, didn't realise I'd dropped a point, so that's a nice surprise!
I think it sort of is and isn't. I certainly have body fat left to lose but my waist is well within healthy range due to my body shape. And I'm pretty fit.2 -
28.27. (Had my physical last week.)
As you can tell, I'm horribly obese.16 -
23.6, so high normal
I am entirely too damned small for my own good, depsite the fact that I'm within spitting distance of overweight. Ah well, building back up from being a cut down FFG takes time.1 -
19, up from 18.5 a few months ago.5
-
25.8 down from 32.1, so definitely a victory for me.5
-
31 obese, and it represents my body fat reasonably well so although I don't have real weight related health issues now I know I'm at risk for several issues. Down from 49-50, which represented my body fat and health reasonably well and I'm pretty sure as a morbidly obese person I was at a high risk for many things.5
-
20.2. Because I carry a fair amount of muscle, I'm a bit leaner than my general preference. However, I recently cut about 4kg for weight class reasons. Better for me is around 21.3 but competition so...0
-
36.3 (down from 42 a few months ago) and I don't think it accurately reflects overall health. BMI doesn't account for people who are muscular or who holds onto water weight too easily.3
-
35.6, down from 40.6. Currently, it is accurate.4
-
25.2 and yes/no. I'm in the healthy weight range that my doctor gave me for my body and down to 25-27% body fat. I still see myself as a little overweight and not where I want to be but I am healthy and fit and do not see the BMI number as an accurate reflection of my health. Neither does my doctor1
