I'm a 20-year-old college student with ongoing food/weight/body image issues for the past two years. If you want to know more about me and/or my story, message me!
But I've decided I can't dwell in the past too much, and that I need to change what I'm doing if I want to get out of this rut. Today, I realized I can't do it alone.
So, I'm going to revamp my MFP account to make it into a kind of fitness blog! I need friends/followers who will read, like, and comment on my posts and progress!

Here are some of my goals. If you add me, you'll hopefully get to watch and help me reach them!
-Log all food and workouts
-Complete diary every day
-Eat less meat and more plants
-Put a STOP to bingeing
-Set aside some time each day for a devotional
-Lose about 10 pounds and keep my weight there!
-Tone up my midsection area; decrease my waistline a bit
-Be happy with my body and who I am
-Post something, like one of my "rules to live by" or a "note to self" every day

Looking forward to getting to know some of you!
