            Been here for a long time and have been in maintenance for a long time...but I need to log or I will gain weight...history has proven that. MFP, logging, and a small group of active friends do keep me accountable.

            I am a 42 year old female who was a regular on here a few years ago, then had some bad situations arise in real life that chased me away from my fitness regime. I am now back and my main goals are to get back to my former fitness and to get my mind back on strength and health rather than a lower scale number.

            Anyone can add me! I was inactive on MFP over the summer (I just had a baby), but am back now and looking for fresh motivation. I love to make friends here, read people's food diaries, and send plenty of comments.
