You need to up your exercise or try a different routine. Cooked veggies for greens, different exercises in the gym or whatever you were doing before and so on.3

You are setting yourself up for failure!!
Unless you are quite overweight (like by 50-75 kg or more) or plan on leaving a very-high-sodium diet for a very-low one, you are unlikely to be able to lose 10 kg in two months.0
