Hi,
I'm from Hertfordshire in the U.K. I've got a 18 month old little girl and I'm struggling to loose the baby weight. It's so much harder than I've ever found loosing weight before so looking for friends to help with encouragement and accountability I guess x

    I have family in Hertfordshire. I've been a yoyo dieter for 25 years, weight always came off easily before but this time it's not shifting despite sticking to my plan (designed by a professional)
